7-12 days for multi-destination safaris with an option for a beach add-on, or 4-5 days for primate treks and more focused trips in specific reserves.
Easy to moderate for vehicle-based safaris, with bush walks available at some camps. Moderate to hard for primate trekking, as forest trails can be steep.
