Brief Itinerary:
Day 1
Meet your guide at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) and begin your safari journey with a scenic drive through the remarkable Rift Valley, arriving at Lake Nakuru in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park with opportunities to see and photographic the lake’s famous flamingo flocks, and possibly endangered rhino, too.
Includes: one night’s accommodation, full board.
Day 2:
After breakfast, drive to the Mara with stops at viewpoints for dramatic vistas from the Rift Valley escarpment, arriving at the Maasai Mara National Reserve in time for lunch. In the afternoon, you’ll have your first game drive in the reserve and opportunities to spot resident wildlife and take memorable photos.
Days 2, 3, 4
Enjoy game drives and community activities in the reserve, including outstanding wildlife viewing and mutually respectful interactions with local herders and warriors.
Includes: three nights’ accommodation, full board.
Day 5
After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled 11h00 flight, arriving at Nairobi’s Wilson Airport at 12h20. You will then be transferred to JKIA in time to check in for your international departure. A lunch stop will be arranged between the two airports, with lunch for your own account.
